Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 10am on a business day will be processed and shipped out on the same day. Clean Tween uses Australia Post.  Placed your order after 10am? Not a problem: your order will leave the next business day.

SHIPPING FEES (within Australia)

All Australian orders will incur a flat rate shipping charge of $10.95.

Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of receiving orders and sent using TOLL GROUP COURIERS

Standard delivery times are approximately 2-4 days depending on where you are located in Australia.

Return & Exchange Policy

All peoples skin vary – as should be always the recommendation Clean Tween recommends you trial your product in a small area before using. If irritation occurs please stop using the product!  


Clean Tween products have been formulated with the tween in mind and carefully made in a GMP Facility which follows the Code of Good Manufacturing Practice (an international accreditation).


Clean Tween cannot guarantee that all customers do not experience skin reactions, as some may experience skin reactions. Clean Tween will not be held responsible should they occur.

Clean Tween does not offer a refund for change of mind returns or error during the checkout process.


Clean Tween may allow for a refund or credit at our discretion on a case by case basis for such returns provided that the item in question in returned within 7 days of purchase, is not used (with all original packaging) and is not damaged in any way (this is due to Hygiene and Safety reasons).

For items that are received damaged in transit email us a photograph when received to

info @ and we will sort it out for you.


(a) If you wish to return one or more products, you will need to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

(b) Once contacted, we will advise you of the best way to return the product(s) and we will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). Without a RAN, returns will not qualify for credit.

(c) Replacement of products, refunds and or repairs will not be made until the original product is received by us and your is claim verified. All pieces and parts of the product and printed materials must be in their original packaging.

(d) You must include a copy of your invoice and your RAN with your return. Please retain your postal receipt from Australia Post.

(e) Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment and will not include delivery charges.

(f) We aim to process returns within 5 business days of receipt by us of the original product and any other required information from you.

(g) Subject to your rights under the statutory guarantees in the Australian Consumer Law (see clause 13 above), we will not refund a purchase or replace a product where the product has been lost, destroyed or disposed of by you, or where in our reasonable opinion the product has following sale to you been damaged or become of unacceptable quality due to misuse, failure to use it in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care.
